A Time For Elegance is Salem’s premier boutique for mothers of brides and grooms.  Established in 2003 by owner and manager Willie Richardson, the boutique offers the finest in its featured Montage and Cameron Blake designs by Mon Cheri Bridals and Jade by Jasmine Bridal.  For the less formal occasion, Ursula of Switzerland offers a line of beautifully designed special occasion dresses.
